Greetings Carson Family Members!
Your 2016 Carson Family Reunion – Miami Committee has been working diligently in planning for a most memorable and enjoyable reunion event in Miami, Florida next year. We are looking forward to a great turnout, especially for those who have not been in attendance in recent years. The content of this communication is to provide preliminary information regarding the upcoming reunion so that family members can begin planning for some fun in the sun (and A/C) in beautiful South Florida.
To assist family members with meeting financial requirements, we will be setting up a payment plan that will begin in November 2015. The payment plan, consisting of four payments over a period of seven months, is intended to make it a bit easier for families to incorporate reunion fees into their household budgets. In addition, it will allow this committee to meet all contractual obligations and/or down payment requirements and thus facilitate locking in the great rates that we have negotiated for the activities that we are planning. Listed below are the essentials:

$119.00 Single / $129 Double
*Prices based on two adults per suite,
w/ a maximum of 3 children (17 and under).
Additional adults are $10 each.

Guests: $10.00/day
Visitors: $6.00/day
REUNION FEES
Reunion Fee for Adults: $165.00*
Reunion Fee for Children Ages 6-12: $115.00 (Under 5 free)*
* Reunion fees and/or hotel room rates include breakfast daily, Hors d’oeuvres (2), Lunch (1) dinner buffet (1) and other activities.
