The Los Angeles Reunion Committee Is Requesting Your Assistance

Greetings Family,

The Carsons Take LA Reunion committee is very excited for what is in store for everyone this upcoming July! We have sent out a few rounds of direct mailings to family members with detailed information.

Below are a few highlighted fundamental areas to assist with a comfortable and affordable progression toward this year’s reunion. Those areas are; hotel accommodations, website registration and reunion fees. To date, things have been moving rather slowly in some areas and we need your help to make sure that this reunion is a great success.

1. If you have not made hotel reservations, please do so immediately, the hotel has multiple group gatherings taking place at the same time and is filling up fast. It is our goal to ensure every family member is able to obtain room at our host hotel. Below is the hotel and direct contact phone number for our sales person. Please book your room ASAP as we will not be able to guarantee room availability for last minute reservations. Ask for the Carson Family Reunion rate.

2. Many family members have registered on the site, but may have moved and have updated contact information. Please ensure all contact information is up to date. When paying your dues online please use the comment section to include names of family members that are attending. This information will help for distribution of items during our welcome reception.
3. Last but not least. We are in need of reunion fees; Installment payments are no longer an option on the website when paying.  However you do have the option to pay all at once for the number of people you can afford at the time, meaning you can pay for one person one day and pay for another at a another time by adding desired amount in the basket. As we all know, funds are necessary to secure all locations and services, our vendors have been requiring security deposits. We do not want to lose the venders that we have and secure new ones. You can pay directly on our SECURED website. If you aren’t able to do so please contact; Ronda Carson at (626) 399-2644. He may be able to assist you with alternate arrangements. Funding is getting critical yall!!!

Your 2018 Carsons Take LA Family Reunion Committee has been working diligently in planning for a most memorable and enjoyable reunion event in Los Angeles, CA this July. We are looking forward to a great turnout, especially for those who have not been in attendance in recent years.
